Yes. Cancellations received prior to the specimen reaching Mughal Labs can be canceled through a special request. Once a specimen has been received in the performing laboratory, the test will be run and a result report will be issued and charged appropriately.

Are there any charges for medicine delivery?
All orders above Rs.2000 are delivered for free within 24 hours of ordering. For orders less than Rs.2000, home delivery charges of Rs.200 are charged.
Do I need to fast for any test?

Do you accept animal specimens?
We do not accept animal specimens for “diagnostic” lab testing. For research-based testing, institutional samples duly approved from respective IRB/Ethical Board(s) are processed on special request.
Why do Mughal Labs ask to repeat a patient’s samples?
We at Mughal Labs believe in the quality and accuracy of tests. If our lab staff or doctors are not satisfied with the quality/quantity of the sample or with the results of the tests, then they ask for a sample again to ensure the accuracy of the results. We do not charge for the repeated tests and if the patient is not willing to give the sample again then we refund the test money.
Do you perform Bone Marrow and FNAC tests at the Patient’s home?
No, these facilities can only be availed at our Main Lab (Johar Town).
